Dive, Share
For more than ten years, freediving has been a part of my daily life. I am a certified instructor, I lead training sessions, and I love sharing the calm and relaxation that this discipline offers. But there has always been one sticking point: equalization.
From beginners to the most experienced, we have all ruined a beautiful descent by struggling with an ill-fitting mask or difficulty equalizing. This struggle breaks concentration and fluidity and creates frustration.
When I started, I wasn't looking to start a business, just to solve this problem.
With my dual roles as a freediver and engineer—production management, product innovation, 3D design—I realized I had the tools to design the ideal equipment, the kind that fades into the background to make way for the pleasure of gliding and easy freediving.
Two years for a New Comfort
That's how Up'N'Dive was born: the desire to create equipment truly designed by freedivers, for freedivers.
Our first challenge, self-equalizing freediving goggles, was ambitious. We devoted more than two years of research and development (R&D) to it, an intensive series of 3D designs and test dives. The goal was to make freediving easier and more fluid for everyone.
The result? A technological innovation patented in Europe, the fruit of our sleepless nights, which radically changes the game when it comes to descending. 160° panoramic vision, hands-free equalization, and robust, eco-friendly industrial manufacturing.
Ethical European Manufacturing
We have made the fundamental decision to manufacture our main diving equipment in Europe and to require our foreign suppliers to comply with an ethical charter. This guarantees impeccable quality and complete traceability, while allowing us to preserve local industrial expertise. In addition, we carefully select our partners in order to minimize our environmental impact.
But Up'N'Dive is above all a collective project. Our community of freedivers is our real R&D unit. Your feedback in the field, your ideas, and your frustrations are our roadmap. Each new product will be co-developed with you, for you.
